Your First Visit

Your initial appointment begins with a comprehensive chiropractic assessment, where we take the time to understand your unique health history, current symptoms, movement patterns, and goals. This includes:

• Health history & physical examination

• Postural, orthopedic, and neurological assessments

• Functional movement testing

• Discussion of your treatment plan

We'll explain your diagnosis clearly and walk you through the treatment approach step-by-step. We prioritize communication and collaboration, so you feel informed and empowered at every stage of care.

Personalized, Evidence-Informed Treatment

Every session is tailored to your needs, and may include one or more of the following services:

• Chiropractic Adjustments or Mobilizations to restore joint function and relieve pain. If you do not want to be adjusted this can be omitted

• Active Rehabilitation & Exercise Prescription to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term recovery

• Electro-Acupuncture to support tissue healing

• Cupping Therapy to promote circulation and reduce muscle tension

• IAST (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue techniques) to break down scar tissue and enhance movement
